How do I pay?
Apart from cheques we accept the lot. Cash, Card, BACS, Direct Debit and any unwanted Gold.
All we ask is for the first clean to be paid with either Cash or Card.
What time will you be with me?
This is a tough one. Its quite easy to loose time throughout the day. Red lights, dirty cleans, chatty customers. Its also possible to go the other way because of cancelations. We can usually give you a good eta between 8 & 9 am the day of the clean if you need to know.
Do I need to be home?
No. But bare in mind that for the first clean we ask for either Card or Cash. You may want to consider taking advantage of a kind neighbour or family member who could look after this for you.
Is this booking just for a quote?
No. As long as your happy with the estimate we give you over the phone, when we visit this will be to confirm the price and clean if your still happy.
Do I need my windows cleaned every month?
You can if you want to. However 90% of the time we will recommend once every 8 weeks. This will save you a good amount of money over the year, and to be honest in most cases it will be enough.
Do you only offer WFP?
No, but! In the UK WFP (water fed pole) cleaning works very well, you can work in more weather conditions and it is considerably safer. You can still have a traditional clean, but please be aware it is slightly more expencive.

Do you clean the frame?
Yes and the sill.
As standard you will always have the glass, frames and sills cleaned.
Your so fast am I getting value for money?
We are fast and yes you are still getting value for money.
The reason we're fast is because of the equipment we use and how it is set up. There is a very fine line between quick and efficient and rushed. If you are ever concerned just speak to us.
What happens if they don't dry perfectly?
So this can happen from time to time, and when it does there are usually two main different reasons. We can bore you with that latter however importantly for now is if there is any issue after any clean please call us. nothing can be sorted if we don't know about it.
